BAKER'S RETREAT - B-6 THE GREENS AT THE WAYNESVILLE COUNTRY CLUB. This two level unit consists of living room with fireplace, sliding glass doors onto covered deck overlooking the golf course, a large well equipped kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with bath and bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with hall bath. The lower level has a large family room with fireplace and bedroom #3 has a king size bed and private bath. Also another covered porch.

RENTAL INFORMATION & DETAILS

The houses, condominiums and cottages listed with MainStreet Realty rental office are rented by the week, month or season with weekly rentals beginning on Saturday. All rentals have kitchens with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils are furnished with blankets, linens, bedspreads, pillows, mops and brooms. All units have washer, dryer, televisions and telephones. Small electrical appliances may or may not be furnished.

Reservations: The reserve your place in the mountains, include a security deposit of $250 weekly or $500 monthly with your reservation request. If deposit is not received within five (5) business days, your reservation will be canceled.

Arrival and Check-In: Weekly tenants should plan to check in between 2:00 and 5:00 PM on Saturday.
Check in is at the MainStreet Realty Office
The balance due on the rent will be required at check in time in cash, travelers check or cashiers check made payable to MainStreet Realty. No personal checks accepted. A $75.00 cleaning fee is collected at check-in. This will ensure the quality of accommodations with respect to cleanliness that you and each subsequent guest deserves. We do not accept credit cards.

Note: Please notify us if you will arrive after 5:00 PM. We may rent your unit on Tuesday and retain your deposit if you arrive later than Saturday without notification.

Upon Arrival: Please check unit thoroughly upon arrival. Every effort is made to see that your unit is clean and undamaged before your arrival. If this is not the case, please report any discrepancies immediately to our office to insure that the problem is resolved and that you will not be held responsible.

Check out and Departure: Weekly tenants should plan to vacate the unit prior to 10:00 AM on Saturday. Be sure to remove all garbage to a County convenience center. Please return keys to MainStreet Realty. It is the tenants' responsibility to clean out the refrigerator, remove all garbage to a County convenience center and strip all beds and place linens and towels on the washing machine. If the unit is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL UNIT.
  2. PRIVATE HOMES ARE NOT OPEN TO YOUTH GROUPS
  3. NO LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS SHALL BE BILLED TO HOME OWNERS TELEPHONE.
  4. ALL UNITS ARE SMOKE FREE!

 

RENTAL PROCEDURES

(A) Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by tenant, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administration fee of $50.00 if the premises are re-rented. If the premises are NOT re-rented, tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any payments made.

(B) Occupancy Limits: We cannot permit more people in any rental unit than the limit indicated.

(C) Equipment: Units are privately owned and furnished according to the owner's taste. We cannot be held responsible for appliance breakdowns or for changes made by the owners in furnishings or equipment. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR MECHANICAL FAILURE.

(D) Taxes: There is a 10% NC Users Tax on all rentals, payable the day of check-in.
Leases for 3 months or longer are exempt from Users Tax.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PLEASE VERIFY ALL RATES PRIOR TO BOOKING.
